Emily is the owner and founder of Power Center Coaching. Formerly an attorney specializing in family law, Emily realized that she was particularly gifted at the coaching and counseling aspects of her law practice. Emily obtained her Professional Coaching Certificate through Duquesne University's Palumbo Donahue School of Business, a program that is accredited by the International Coaching Federation.
Emily is skilled at listening without judgment, asking powerful questions, and helping people become happier, more fulfilled, and more productive versions of themselves.

Ren is a health and holistic lifestyle coach for Power Center Health. She focuses on fitness, nutrition and cultivating the mindset required for living a healthy life.
Ren started her career as a big law attorney, but soon found herself overweight, overstressed, unhealthy and clinically depressed. Fitness and healthy eating changed her life, leading her to a place of self love and acceptance that she is bursting to share with others.
Ren is currently studying with the C.H.E.K. Institute and is a Crossfit Level 1 Trainer.

Caroline Lembck, Business Development Associate
As a Business Development Associate, Caroline works closely with Power Center’s coaches to create coaching content, marketing materials, and business plans. Caroline is extremely passionate about working with others, especially regarding matters of health, wellness, and leadership. Caroline assists in developing creative strategies for the overall business/marketing plans for Power Center Coaching, and assists in group coaching. Caroline uses her background in psychology to inspire others to become more happy, healthy, and powerful throughout all aspects of their lives. Caroline is one of the youngest graduates ever from West Chester University, and is currently working to obtain her MBA.
